Q: WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR ON TUMBLEBUS DAY?  
A: ON TUMBLEBUS DAY PLEASE DRESS YOUR CHILD IN COMFORTABLE PLAY CLOTHES AND TENNIS SHOES. PLEASE NO BOOTS, FLIP FLOPS OR DRESSES. TUMBLEBUS CLOTHING IS AVAILABLE AND A GREAT CHOICE. 

Q: HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN IT IS TIME TO PAY? 
A: PLAN A: PARENTS THAT PAY FOR 12 WEEKS WILL BE EMAILED AN INVOICE WHEN THE 12 WEEKS AND ANY CREDITS HAVE BEEN USED. PLEASE PAY TIMELY TO AVOID A LATE FEE. PLAN B: PARENTS THAT CHOOSE TO PAY MONTHLY WILL BE LEFT AN INVOICE FOR THE NEXT MONTH AT YOUR CHILD SCHOOL THE LAST WEEK OF THE MONTH. PAYMENT SHOULD BE RECEIVED BY THE 15TH OF THE MONTH TO AVOID A LATE FEE. IF YOU HAVE ANY CREDITS THEY WILL BE REFLECTED ON THE INVOICE. MONTHLY STUDENTS WILL BE BILLED FOR THE NUMBER OF WEEKS THAT TUMBLEBUS IS SCHEDULED AT YOUR SCHOOL THAT MONTH LESS ANY CREDITS. PLAN C: PARENTS THAT CHOOSE TO PAY WEEKLY MUST HAVE THEIR PAYMENT AT THE SCHOOL PRIOR TO THE CLASS EACH WEEK. PAYMENT IS DUE EACH WEEK UNLESS TUMBLEBUS IS NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE OF THE ABSENCE. WE EVENTUALLY WILL MOVE TO AN E-BILL PROCESS, WHERE WE EMAIL YOUR BILL TO YOU THEN YOU CAN MAIL IT IN OR PLACE IN THE MAILBOX AT YOUR CHILD'S SCHOOL.

Q: DO I PAY FOR MISSED TUMBLEBUS CLASSES? 
A: TUMBLEBUS DOES NOT CHARGE IF WE ARE NOT AT YOUR CHILD'S SCHOOL FOR WEATHER RELATED CLOSINGS (WE FOLLOW COUNTY SCHOOLS WEATHER CLOSINGS) OR MECHANICAL BREAKDOWNS. IN SOME CASES WE MAY BE ABLE TO MAKE UP CLASSES. IF YOU HAVE PREPAID FOR A CLASS AND TUMBLEBUS HAS CANCELED CLASSES AND IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A MAKE UP CLASS THERE WILL BE A CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT. 

Q: DO I PAY IF MY CHILD IS ABSENT? 
A: IF YOUR CHILD IS ABSENT FOR ANY REASON YOU MUST CONTACT THE TUMBLEBUS OFFICE PRIOR TO THE CLASS TO RECEIVE A CREDIT. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PARENTS THAT PAY WEEKLY. PLEASE DO NOT ASK THE CENTER STAFF TO TELL TUMBLEBUS THAT YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE IN CLASS. 

Q: WHERE DO I LEAVE MY PAYMENT? 
A: PLEASE DROP YOUR PAYMENT IN THE TUMBLEBUS MAILBOX LOCATED AT YOUR CHILD'S SCHOOL. OR YOU CAN MAIL IT TO OUR OFFICE. 

Q: DOES TUMBLEBUS COME TO MY CHILD’S SCHOOL YEAR ROUND? 
A: TUMBLEBUS IS A YEAR ROUND PROGRAM. PARENTS MUST CONTACT THE TUMBLEBUS OFFICE IF YOU DECIDE TO WITHDRAW YOUR CHILD. HOWEVER, IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT AT YOUR SCHOOL IN THE SUMMER YOUR CHILD MAY BECOME INACTIVE TILL FALL IF YOU CONTACT US. 

Q: DOES TUMBLEBUS COME EVERY WEEK? 
A: PLEASE REFER TO THE CALENDAR ON THE BACK OF THE TUMBLEBUS REGISTRATION FORM OR ON THE CALENDAR PAGE OF THE WEBSITE. TUMBLEBUS DOES NOT CHARGE FOR DAYS NOT SCHEDULED ON THE CALENDAR.  

Q: HOW MANY INSTRUCTORS AND CHILDREN ARE ON THE TUMBLEBUS? 
A: WE HAVE TWO CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS ON EACH TUMBLEBUS. EACH INSTRUCTOR IS CPR & FIRST AID TRAINED AND CERTIFICATION FROM USA GYMNASTICS. WE ALSO HAVE CONTINUOUS TRAINING FOR OUR EXCELLENT STAFF AND THEY ARE REGULARLY MONITORED AND REVIEWED BY THE TUMBLEBUS MANAGEMENT. MOST OF OUR CLASSES ARE 10-12 CHILDREN. 

Q: ARE THE TUMBLEBUSES HEATED AND AIR CONDITIONED? 
A:ABSOLUTELY! WE HAVE OUR GENERATOR WHICH ALLOWS US TO STAY COMFORTABLE IN ANY WEATHER. 

Q: WHAT DID MY CHILD DO THIS WEEK? 
A: TUMBLEBUS LESSON PLANS ARE POSTED EACH WEEK AT YOUR CHILD'S SCHOOL. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO LOOK AT THEM SO YOU CAN DISCUSS WHAT THEY DID. WE ALSO HAVE AN OPEN DOOR POLICY FOR PARENTS TO COME AND OBSERVE YOUR CHILD'S CLASS. 

Q: WHAT IS A TUMBLEBUS PARTY? 
A: TUMBLEBUS WILL COME TO YOU FOR A BIRTHDAY OR SPECIAL EVENT. WE OFFER DIFFERENT PLANS TO FIT YOUR NEEDS. OUR STUDENTS RECEIVE A DISCOUNT ON ANY PARTY PLAN. PLEASE RESERVE YOUR EVENT EARLY TO INSURE YOUR RESERVATION.
